I’ve noticed some sites claim that professional/great house inspectors never provide/recommend: #1 contractors for repairs, #2 estimate cost for the repairs, and #3 direct recommendation to buy or skipp the house.
Now, I’m in a limbo with such “great” inspector that I have a shit load of “things to be fixed” yet I have no idea what it would cost. Where do I go from here? To top it off, I also have a pool/spa reports that is just the icing on the cake.
P.S. Inclined to believe (not that I haven’t read this already here enough) that short sales aren’t the best of deals……rant off
Well it does kind of make sense if you think about it. Sorry it is frustrating.
If you list out what you are looking for there are enough people on board here who can make plenty of recommendations for you. Understand also that getting the short sale lender to pony up for repairs is gonna be a challenge.
