Okay all, I’ve been waiting and waiting and we finally decided to jump in.
We are in escrow on a home in Temecula that fits all our needs. We are getting it at sub-year 2000 prices and at the current interest rates we will be cutting our expenses (of renting) in half. So TG I will be a neighbor soon!
I’m so excited to finally get my family settled. My daughter is 4 now and we had to be settled before she starts school!
TG or anyone on here have any recomendations for the following, shoot them my way!
Landscape design/architect person
Handy man
Windows and Doors
Plumber
Electrician
Flooring
Contractors
Concrete/Driveway people
Just trying to think of anything we could possibly need…that way I have some good names.
Also, one of our biggest concerns moving up that way is the hospitals…if anyone has any news on the new hospital, please fill me in. I was also wondering where do people chose to go in case of an emergency….I think the choice there is to choose the lesser of the 2 evils.

For the home improvement stuff, I’d also try craigslist, making sure they have the proper licenses, etc. You can find a lot of great mom & pop people out there, who don’t over-charge.
