SD Realtor
ParticipantThanks guys… it is just all part of the process… we put in a little over 1k to do all of our diligence but in the end it is money well spent. Sometimes they go through and sometimes they don’t. The financial side of me is very pleased by walking away. The side that saw the potential in the lot and home is definitely bummed.
As I tell all my clients, there will be another home in the future but it may be quite awhile.

ParticipantIt won’t be that long, I’ll wager one night’s bar tab that you find better for less before the playoffs.

ParticipantSorry to hear about that SD Realtor. Weren’t you also looking in the Encinitas area?
While I’m sure you’re bummed about it now, I have a feeling you’ll look back on this failed buy with tremendous relief.
Good luck with your continued house-hunt!
