Ikea and Real Estate

For a long time San Diego didn’t have an Ikea.
After Ikea in Mission Valley, the San Diego region just took off.

Ikea has been entering the US market slowly but surely.

I think a viable metro area needs an Ikea, without which it’s not really a viable place to live and do business.

Murietta/Temecula needs an Ikea to come into “adulthood.”

Vegas is getting an Ikea soon.
Interesting that Ikea sees customers with a college education as a key target base.

I love Ikea. Just bought some stuff to take to Vegas with me. The engineering of their products is pretty awesome.

They have this box that has a grid at the bottom to allow water to accumulate without damaging your produce. The lid a little vent you can open up.

I really like thoughtful design at mass market prices.

Do they have an app so that I don’t get hopelessly lost in the store. Last time I went in there looking for basic book ends (I know I actually have physical books) they only had 1 choice… wood…yeah not! They have literally hundreds of book cases but only 1 big fat ugly book end.

Ikea opened in Vegas last week. I love it. It’s bigger and better than the San Diego store.

Oh, no! I just learned that Ikea’s founder was a nazi. Their kitchens are the best for home remodel. Can I still shop there? We need competition.
