The courts have ALWAYS sided with the builder. Your contract says that they will sale house at the market price, AND they can change any of the plans at any time.

The plaintiff is suing because the builder is substantially and intentionally changing the value of the homes in the neighborhood by building much smaller & cheaper homes………………….not selling the same home that the plaintiff bought for a cheaper price.
