I actually postponed the closing on a listing of mine two weeks ago so the buyer could do the same. The funny part was his buyers agent didnt even know about the new credit and just wanted to close asap so she could get paid. I represented her client better than she did.
Agree on Sheldon. He’s doing a great job for one of my clients right now. He is definitely a handful and his style can rub some people the wrong way but in the end he is very good, honest and more than fair in his business.
