Participant
. . . The area is right across from government housing. Plus, it’s not a Mills Act, surprisingly. But it is a huge, multi-zoned lot w/a view. I hope whoever buys it is not a developer who will mow it down. . .
Yes, I DID love the photos JP, when I looked at it this morning. Very charming. When I saw the map, my first thought also was that it was situated in the midst of Navy Jr. Grade officer housing, having been inside the military housing on Noyes myself, lol!

Participant
Well, my one of my dream homes in PB is back on the market again. It’s still a little out of my budget. 2176 Diamond. Right now is when I’m wishing I could devine 6 magical numbers.
Great house, jp!
Did this make you as sick as it did me?
From the listing comments:
Complete as cloud condos and sell off 1 or both. Or ****with 4800 sq ft home, divide into 2 separate living areas, condominiumize and sell 2 condos within 1912 home.*** or…?
Why can’t people just leave these gorgeous buildings alone???

Participant
What makes this purchase so difficult for me is I am still a bear.
Same with me, as someone who closed in December. I think in terms of a mindset, its an asset. No lofty expectations, just finally finding a place to live and settling into an economic reality. Following housing becomes interesting, but less personal.
