I think he figures with money you can get the best medical care just about any where by paying as you go. His wife does not work either, so I guess he will just have to stay here and change the government back to the Reagan era. He received excellent treatment at Scripps La Jolla.

Having a heart attack is very dangerous to one’s health. So I do suggest that the uncle might have very strong incentives to remain in USA to avail himself of the best health care in the world.
