jeeman – thanks for the tip. I checked out Clemmy’s site and sounds like it would be a good option. Have you tried it? Can I fool him w/it? I’ve tried to get him non-fat stuff and he can tell the difference, especially if there’s an after taste.

This has no after-taste. The only difference I can tell is that the sweet taste suddenly “ends”, meaning there isn’t that residual sweet aftertaste. But maybe that is only because I was closely examining the taste. This isn’t a low-fat ice cream, so the creaminess is still 100% there. Yummy….drop in some sliced almonds too. 🙂

Okay. I found the Clemmy’s Ice Cream at Henry’s. I bought Vanilla Bean. I offered him some in a cup. He ate it. Then he asked me what kind it was b/c it wasn’t very creamy and kinda icy. I asked him if it tasted bad and he said it was just okay, but not very sweet. Just then he opened the freezer. Oh, the horror!! Sugar Free! Are you crazy?

I tasted it and I thought it was great. I think I can now have a little indulgence of my own.
