Even at the peak of the bubble I can’t believe this place sold for $720,000.
At 400K it still seems like a dump.

I can’t believe someone paid 700k for this POS. Looking at the photo, I thought it was in Clairemont. This is MH. Very scary. Yikes.

The seller made money. The brokers made money, and who knows what the details of the buyer’s end were. I guess three out of four aint bad.
