ParticipantWell, now I almost can understand why someone wants 500k for a 7k lot in U.H. (Notwithstanding still having to dispose of the house.)
I can’t believe someone paid 700k for this POS. Looking at the photo, I thought it was in Clairemont. This is MH. Very scary. Yikes.

ParticipantIt looks pretty clear to me what happened here. Seller flipped it in four months at an outrageous profit. A year later it’s on the market as a REO. The seller made money. The brokers made money, and who knows what the details of the buyer’s end were. I guess three out of four aint bad.
