My lease will be up shortly and I will be looking to move to a duplex/triplex/townhome style 1bd apt. should be around 750sqft at least, have a garage (preferably direct access), in-home washer/dryer hookups and no restrictions to install a satellite dish. How much do you think is fair rent for this in South OC (Mission Viejo/Aliso Viejo/Lake Forest/Laguna Niguel/Irvine) area. To get a good deal and not be bothered by management ripoffs I prefer to rent from an individual instead of an apartment community, is craigslist a good source?
