    I don’t know of any place on line to check, but if you go down to county, you can find out loan information, what they put down and the terms, any loans on the property, liens, etc.

    That’s the only way that I know of.

    Check the real MLS…Ask a friend who is an agent for the “secret code”..bet all you agents hate to hear that….it is still hard to determine a mortgage from a HELOC, but it gives you a good idea….

    I don’t post that type of info on blogs even though it is also public. Just personal policy. Don’t care about realtors giving out 6 digit codes to their friends at all. Not that I would ever do that.(92365J)
