I have offered full list or higher (at least 10 offers) for the last 2 years and have not bought a home yet. You need to know what the property is worth and bid accordingly. Over priced home have to sit awhile before making low ball offers. Some over priced homes sold for much more then I would have paid. I like making offers on well priced homes to get the best deals. I have come close many times.
