Fascinating string.
Public Defender
Out of curiosity.
Is there something special about the area you have found this house 3000 sq ft for $200K.
Search of the usual sites for Temecula doesn’t show anything like that. $200K houses yes but more like 1300 sq ft. Or does it have high taxes .August 20, 2008 at 1:29 PM #259266gdcoxParticipantFascinating string.

Prices can go lower than costs of anything that’s already been produced. It’s called “losing your shirt”. Once created, supply and demand determine somethings price. Future production is influenced by costs, but in the final result, the market determines the price.August 20, 2008 at 7:51 PM #259366peterbParticipantI am very interested to hear where in Temecula this is?
