I just hope San Marcos can uphold the community for another 30 yrs….

Grew up in Esco. Know the area/surrounding areas well. Temecula reminds me of Escondido when I was young. Sadly, most of NC had/has no plan, is a mess that is full of crime, and no real plan for the future.
I’d be all over Temecula if it weren’t for the commute. Did it for 2 years until my LL lost his house and had to move into the rental. Now I’m back in a nice pocket in Esco in the hills, but am reminded what a dumb both Esco and SM is when I leave my sanctuary.
Oh, and I greatly miss FIOS. Maybe if Morgan Valley keeps dropping…
