How is St. Augustine or Soleil community in CV?

I’m also looking at these communities in CV area. St. Augustine is in the Torrey Hills area while Soleil is the newer community in the Carmel Canyon/56 area.

I’m not too familiar with these areas. Can you please share your knowledge, opinions about these two communities in terms of housing quality, neighborhood feel, family-friendliness, and location?

Do you mean around 56 it’s too loud cuz it’s close to the freeway?

I noticed St. Augustine area is a bit close to the powerline. Do you think that could be a concern for many?

I don’t like 56 area for a lot of reasons

1) Location. It’s in the middle of nowhere.
2) Hot(ter) because it’s more inland

Regarding the powerlines. Depends on how close. Seeing them far away is one thing. Being up front or having one run right next to you is another.
