How come one website says a house sold and another does not? – Piggington's Econo-Almanac

Did 5697 MEREDITH AVE 92120 Sell in Decmember? it does not show up on SD Lookup but it does on Redfin.5702 MADRA AVE 92120 is another. I would assume these websites pull from the same database so the same info would be available on each, but it appears that is not the case. Is there something different about these houses that they do not show up as sold on SD Loopup?
