It is a ghost town my friend. Waiting for the bumbleweed to start blowing across the streets as in the Clint Eastwood movies” The good the Bad and the UGLY. Go to SDlookup.com and plug in the Inland zip codes and see whats going on there. It’s ugly.
60 minutes to focus on the Real Estate situation Sunday May 13th. NAR is already putting the word out that its not kind tp Realtors
Awesome picture!!! Especially love the giant high voltage lines. Go back in six months and take pictures of the weeds growing out of the sandbags. I had a flashback when I saw that picture of my house in 1992 where I lived on one half of the street that was finished and the other half looked like that picture for five years. It was quiet but the block parties sucked and I kept having to get new cats. Something about those weed covered graded lots that coyotes just love.
Want to know how to really make money in the coming downturn, sandbag sales!
ocrenter,
Which neighborhood (i.e. Alcala, Bridewalk …) is shown in the picture ?
When was the picture taken ?

I was just looking at Zip realty for the area 92127, there are three brand new Del Sur homes on Zip in the $700,000 range. They are in the Cabrillo development. I am surprised to see a new home on the MLS…don’t think things are going well. There are so many other homes in this Zip to compete with.
this was taken a week ago.
the picture is taken looking east, from the del sur master plan map it looks like these lots would be Alcala, but don’t quote me on that.
if you go south of the current development the weeds are even thicker and taller.
This development is such a POS. I can’t believe people actually buy there. It’s in the middle of nowhere.
