I found the site relatively devoid of information.
Also, I found the following comment in the last paragraph of the “worst may be over” article …
Housing Predictor expects the Federal Reserve Board of Governors to reduce interest rates by the end of 2007 in an attempt to control increasing inflationary pressures …
So, this site thinks that the Fed will reduce rates in an attempt to control inflationary pressures, and I’m supposed to believe their predictions. Yeah Riiiight π
