    Real Estate Sucks!!!

    It is a depreciating asset that constantly needs work

    Historically, it is one of the best ways of creating wealth but the actual ownership, management and maintenance sucks

    Now a tasty fried cockroach, that’s a different story – I like my blackened, cajun style!

    i love spiders and always let them live when they take up residence at my place.

    I am thinking about starting to farm and eat insects. check out “mealworms” and food on the internet. fascinating!
