It looks like the future is not too bright. Glad I dont wear shades. -17.6% in addition to the about 7% we have already lost. Does anyone know whether this forecast actually includes thoughts about inflation.

It appears that the futures market is projecting current declines indefinitely into the future. When the actual housing market is priced as such it will be time to buy.
