Until that day come, MM is a gang infested cesspool. So, please stop looking to buy here.
Plus I heard El Cajon is really the place to be for authentic Asian markets…

Not to mention, houses in El Cajon are probably all custom. Who wants those god awful stucco tract houses.
Wait, there’s an H-Mart now?

Yes, but their grand opening specials are now history and their prices match Ranch 99 🙁
Looks like it’ll continue to get hotter here: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=qcom&ql=1. Will it be unbearably hot like BG have stated?
Man…that is one ugly ass house.

I used to live in Mira Mesa and I can understand it’s appeals for some demographics, but it’s not for me. Kind of amazing that a community built to be affordable for higher ranking enlisted (E5+) military families is getting to cash out to Engineers and Software Developers. The typical military of today has no shot of owning in Mira Mesa anymore. I wonder if it’s possible that 20 years down the road is goes back to that era of affordability. Probably not as long as QCOM and the businesses it spawned are around.
Not when Pardee is selling (pretty well I might add) SFH for $600k+ there..
Yep, like this one: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-120053941-6820_Lopez_Canyon_Way_San_Diego_CA_92126. $705k for a 2500 sq-ft house in MM.
This one, I mean.
