Homebuilder Stocks

Several major homebuilder stocks hit 52 week lows yesterday and today. TOL is basically at their Pre-covid highs right now and KBH is well below.

Given that our economy is almost exclusively reliant on housing and associated wealth effect, this is another bad sign (along with the 10y/2y inversion that just occurred). Comparing to the Great Recession, this puts us right around 2006-2007 time-frame. It is only a matter of time before the broad market follows.

Unfortunately no joke for the housing industry. The homebuilder stocks collectively are already down near 30% off their peak. Some far worse. And at or below Pre-covid levels already.

Go ahead and buy some homebuilder stocks, Opportunity of a lifetime to pick them up at a 30% discount!
