ParticipantI got in touch with the company who is doing this, and they sent a link for a $1m home that needs staging. Actually, I had considered this as an option but the gains to me are really not that significant. You still pay rent, only get commission if the house sells within 90 days (unlikely in this market), and all for the inconvenience of it all. They could sweeten the pill by offering rent free, and forget the commission.

ParticipantHow would the five-day notice thing work out legally?
Perhaps this is yet another thing to worry about when buying or selling a home … evicting the stager!
