I actually went back and read your posts because you have been away for a while. Went back and read the 2006/2007 posts. You were firmly in the powayseller 50% decline camp with the coast getting hit even higher.
I’m only givng you 4-4. I started 0-8 but quickly realized you were better than that and aware of the bubble so you deserved a 500 record. I stand by 8-0 record. What have I missed so far?
Nomially i beleive we are fairly close to a bottom but because of the long stagnation I see ahead I beleive declines will continue for a long time in real terms.
I’m a Buddy Ryan/Rex Ryan type of guy when it comes to football. We dont coast, when we see an opponent hurting we break out the body bags and finish the job.

August 25, 2010 at 9:03 PM #596531AnonymousGuestI was in the PS camp but not as extreme. I recall being more 40% than 50 but either way, we are still on target so you can’t say I am wrong since the game is still mid-way over at most. (But, we’ll definitely need to get the offense going in the 2nd half)
As far as records go, I’m giving myself extra credit since I made a small fortune shorting sub-prime lenders stocks. In that case I put my money where my mouth was in terms of predicting a housing crash and I am already in Canton for those accomplishments.

August 25, 2010 at 10:49 PM #596581sdrealtorParticipantOk I’ll give you 5-3. How much extra credit do I get for having a stock portfolio that hasnt had a single down year since 2002?
