ParticipantI have mostly seen middle aged males, give or take a few years, doing this job. Maybe it has something to do with perception of experience or actual experience. Maybe a young person would be fine. Usually when I have seen young people in these RE affiliated jobs they work for someone else.

I don’t know how many people are making a good living at it. I doubt many are. My guess is that it is an additional source to other income sources mostly. There seem to be a lot of them relative to the opportuities, but like with everything there are probably a few making it somewhat lucrative.December 12, 2009 at 11:24 AM #494031NotCranky

I don’t know how many people are making a good living at it. I doubt many are. My guess is that it is an additional source to other income sources mostly.
