    saw an ad for a class on this…think a young kid with some energy could make a living off such a business in southern california?

    I have mostly seen middle aged males, give or take a few years, doing this job. Maybe it has something to do with perception of experience or actual experience. Maybe a young person would be fine. Usually when I have seen young people in these RE affiliated jobs they work for someone else.

    an old guy as a doctor, you assume he’s been a doctor a long time, even if he just graduated med school. probably same with inspection. do these guys make a decent living?

    I don’t know how many people are making a good living at it. I doubt many are. My guess is that it is an additional source to other income sources mostly. There seem to be a lot of them relative to the opportuities, but like with everything there are probably a few making it somewhat lucrative.

    I don’t know how many people are making a good living at it. I doubt many are. My guess is that it is an additional source to other income sources mostly. There seem to be a lot of them relative to the opportuities, but like with everything there are probably a few making it somewhat lucrative.
