I’ve done several trips to the British isles – the problem is that pounds spend like dollars – even though they cost more. Something that is $10 US is 10 pounds. I haven’t been back to G.B. since 1999 because of this.
I’m hoping the Euro will continue to fall against the dollar. My husband has family in Italy and it’s been a few years since we’ve been there. I’d like to get my kids back over to Sicily to hang with their distant cousins.
