My pleasure Nicole. The agents there are actually quite humorous. A bunch of Septenagarians consistly stabbing each other and their clients in the back. It used to be much worse when there was a single RE brokerage that kept everyone else out. Its better now but still way too much shenanigans going on in there.

May 17, 2009 at 5:09 PM #400763patbParticipanthow will you title this?
they have title, you hold a second lien?
you pay that, when they die, you inherit their position,
or if they gift it to someone else, they have to buy you out.????May 17, 2009 at 5:09 PM #401016patbParticipanthow will you title this?

I was hoping all the piggs would be able to give me some advise on this too or perhaps point me in the right directions where I might be about to educate myself about how this could work.
We have already agreed that my husband and I will be the ones to inherit the house. However, my husband has one sister that we would have to include in her share.
I figure if they sell their house in Ohio for 200K, his sister would be owed 100K of that. I guess if the time came for my husband and I to inherit the house here, we’d actually be buying her out (even though she wouldn’t actually be on title).
I’d love to hear your thoughts about the best way to arrange this.
