Chalk it up to yet another uniformed BG mello roos post. She has a good handle on county government matters but the value of her RE advice is almost nil. Wish she would just stick to what she actually knows.

The OP is currently living in a non MR area that is somewhat prestigious and in a good school attendance area with a very high-ranking elementary school and only a few mins (surface st) commute from work. He/she is in a limiting price range tp buy and is thinking of commuting. IMHO, this doesn’t make sense to me, but to each his own.
