Horizon is a great street. Too bad that house faces the hill and not the ocean (but I guess it would cost more then, wouldn’t it?)
Seriously, I really like that street. Not sure if SEH will go up or not in the future. Is it really important to you? If you buy the house, can afford it, and plan on living in it for 10 years or more…who cares what the value is?
