I hope not, “Happy Days” tortured on for seven more years after that.
October 18, 2016 at 2:50 PM #802466FlyerInHiGuesthe’s mentally unstable, maybe on the verge of senility. All that for what? He’ll lose his fortune and what’s left of his reputation.
October 18, 2016 at 3:10 PM #802467La Jolla RenterParticipantNo, Trump hasn’t jumped the shark yet, but he is up on 2 skis and has made a couple passes (wearing board shorts and leather jacket of course).
… hold on folk’s there’s a second boat out there with a skier up… it looks like… like it’s… it is, it’s Hillary Clinton. And look who is driving the boat… it’s president Obama, obviously trying to give her some pointers fresh off his successful jump last month.
And look… a third boat pulling a dozen media heads.

I think I will write in Bernie Sanders.
Where is Pat Paulsen when you need him.

October 19, 2016 at 9:53 AM #802480poorgradstudentParticipantAt this point I think he just landed a triple jump over three Sharks. There may have been a ring of fire as well.
October 19, 2016 at 11:59 AM #802486allParticipantIn recent history, we had an 80 y.o. former actor suffering from Alzheimer, community organizer, born again playboy… Trump fits right in.

What so bad about being a community organizer? Interesting how you equate people.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say he landed it. 😉

Nothing bad with being either of the listed. It simply shows the minimum qualifications required for the position.

And all this time I thought they were state governors and US senators. Who knew that we were able to pick some arbitrary job from their past to summarize their qualifications? I guess that means Truman was just a shoe salesman and Lincoln was a grocer.
No, Trump hasn’t jumped the shark. The shark thing was at least novel. Trump is just being a petty brat who doesn’t even know that there is a high road to take.
