GuestI discussed the Goldman case with a lawyer who does securities litigation and he thinks Goldman has a big problem. There’s a reason why Government Sachs lost $10 billion in market cap on Friday. This is just the start of a never-ending stream of lawsuits and charges to come.
I think we’ll see Government Sachs broken up by the middle of next year. Government Sachs has lost the trust of their clients and now they are about to be sued out of existence. The merry band of taxpayer-funded criminals at GS won’t be missed.
