We took our little league team to Today’s Pizza, the other night. Much more enjoyable than Oggi’s. Sure Oggi’s has all the TVs, but getting your order filled at a decent time is hard.
ok, how does April 14th sound? It’s in 2 weeks. Hopefully that’s enough time for everyone.

Just so everyone knows, it’s a casual get together. The Prof doesn’t lecture, or test. We just sit around and chat about the demise of the RE market in So Cal. People have driven from OC for prior meet-ups. It’s just a nice way to put a face to the user-name.
I wish I could be there, but I won’t be moving to Encinitas
until the end of May. I want to thank everyone here for all the great info on the area and the bubble in general.
Also, thanks for the Today’s Pizza link. We have not had a really good pizza since leaving Chicago.
Actually Encinitas is FINALLY about to get REALLY GOOD pizza. Knockout Pizza is opening on El camino Real at the Old target shopping center in a couple weeks. Thats something I am truly excited about!

I bought in 05 and sold in 06 and am now renting. My friends and relatives think I’m crazy and the RE market is fine. I am an avid reader of Piggingtons. Dying to buy a house but trying to hold off. My lease ends in Sept. Please talk me out of buying.
