    Is this a good area? Do families live here? I am not a huge fan of Poway, but this area seems to be pretty nice.

    The area is nice. Medium large to large homes. Very nice size lots. Decent access to RB Road. and I15. I lived there for about 10 years, left about 8 years ago. There were lots of kids then.
