ParticipantYeah I notice too but they are not waiving the transaction fee like they did in the past.Soon maybe? I hope so ’cause I’m due to replace an aged van about to enter that period where everything needs replacing.

Participant0% balance transfer has always been around and never went away. What went away is the capped balance transfer fee. 2 years ago, there were an abundant 0% BT w/ capped ($50-100 BT fee). Now, there’s only a couple of banks that still have to cap.

ParticipantYou’re right . It didn’t go away but instead of 10 offers it was maybe 1 or 2 a month. 0% on purchases were reduced to 3 and 6 months periods as opposed to 12 and 15 months.
