Does anyone have a good source for an equity loan? 75k-100k. I need to finish a remodel that has gone over budget. I have great credit and about 70% ltv on my 1st, but my dti ratio is on the border line.
I also wouldn’t rule out putting it on a new credit card if I can can get a year or more at 0% interest.
Everything inside. Recessing beam through whole house on first floor. New layout. All baths, kitchen, floors, repipe, electrical. Adding AC. Almost down to the studs.
