Some of it is over the top. My style is simple, but I kinda like it. Better than the obligatory fake Tuscan/Italian/Spanish style complete with a big clock.
Looks like they spend some good money in labor and material.
It’s kind of Wynn and bellagio inspired with the chiulli chandeliers and mosaic tiles.

I like it a lot, especially the way the kitchen is huge, very pretty, and opens to the great room.

I’d have kept a third bedroom through, 1.2 mil is a lot to pay for two bedrooms.

I like the mental image of a guy in a wheel chair directing a massive group of contractors to make a vegas palace in scripps ranch.

Every surface – every one! – is cold, shiny, and sterile. And way too much color.

I do like the elevator though. That’s about as much nice as I can say about it.
