GuestYou are correct, investors are one variable that are purchasing homes. As long as the government maintains zero interest rate policy there will be investor money. But with a limited pool of organic buyers I don’t see home prices remaining afloat for much longer.

Great posts both rich and earlyretirement. Its not about finding the bottom, its about finding a home without committing financial suicide which many did several years.
