Yikes…their legacy continues.
HERE is a photo of my new home. $552,000 for 3500 sq feet on .5 acre with $80k pool with three waterfalls.
OK so let me finish up real fast then.
BOA waived ALL of my loan fees since they messed up (about $1800) except my .5% buy-down so I want to be fair and mention that.
On Monday (tomorrow) escrow should be notifying sdrealtor that title has been recorded and we will meet at my home and I will get the keys.
WOOWOO!
