I don’t know how you guys don’t sue. I’m glad you got on the horn and light a match under their behind![/quote]
The issue is what your (my) time is worth. On the one hand, I’d like to sue them for the entertainment/vindictive/curiosity value. On the other hand, it’s not even in the ballpark of being worth my time even if I were awarded $2,000, looking at things from an objective standpoint. Which is exactly what they’re counting on as they screw with everyone during this process. And, to some extent, even if I bother to sue and win, it’s almost like I lose AGAIN because I’ve wasted a bunch of time dealing with these clowns. So, while I’m tempted – I’m also a pragmatist. Phyrric victories don’t really appeal to me too much. We’ll see…

ParticipantMy loan docs went to escrow today and my Title company is sending over documents now for me to sign.
I sit here with mixed emotions. One; elated over the process finally being completed and happy that I found a successful strategy to rescue my loan from the BOA black hole of pending loans. Two; tired and spent and wondering why it had to go this way in the first place.
There were NINE people at BOA that I emailed or called or both for most of them. I had to stay on top of the whole process and drive it. I am sure that if I had not, nothing would have happened and weeks would roll by.
There are a few lessons here and you PIGGS are smart enough to discern what they are. So go forth with knowledge and caution.
Thanks for allowing me to vent and for all of your support. It really helped.
