I am thinking that the op should really post the name and branch info for his loan officer.
Also, where is your agent in this?
Not to be too much of a tool but its important to have an agent who double checks the lender (and vice versa).

This was not Sheldon’s loan. I spoke with him as I was searching loans and he said BOA and the large banks will take longer to finalize a loan.
I think this loan will happen now that I can call and email every 15 minutes to all the managers involved (and not wanting to be involved). I am going to be a royal pain in the ass all day-every day until loan docs are out. Yeeehawwww!
They are going to be SOOOO glad to get rid of me. Now it’s my turn π
