ParticipantIf you don’t mind my asking, what did you mean by “sheldon you were right”? Was this one of his loans, or did you go with someone else? If you went with someone else, why not use Sheldon now?

ParticipantBofA – the absolute worst. total scam artists. I bought a BofA foreclosure which they put into a bankrupt entity. therefore no liability ever. I was required to use their “affiliate” escrow company that is located out of town. I was encouraged to get a BofA loan. I was required to be qualified by them in order to even be allowed to make an offer.
I would NEVER use them EVER again. Get a loan from another lender.
At the last minute they reduced the amount of my loan significantly.
Their “affiliate” escrow co was inept, unethical and I could go on but why. You get the point.September 15, 2009 at 9:35 PM #457305disimilar1

ParticipantSee, these nightmare scenarios freak me out. How is a first time buyer supposed to navigate his way through such treachery he has never been exposed to?
I can’t trust people in this market and this thread validates it.
