Anyone who can look themselves in the face and acknowledge that they’re not comprimising has almost certainly done right by themself. There are times and markets when concessions must be made, but this certainly doesn’t seem like one of those times.
From everything I can tell from what oxford’s posted, he seems to have done himself well. Congratulations (and doesn’t matter what I think anyway).
