I’m ready for 3% 30 year fixed. Looking forward to save a few hundred a month. Think I can get those saving by next year? Think I can get it down to 2.5% if I pay a couple of points? my payment would be less than what I paid in rent for a 2 bedroom apartment 2 years ago.
