I love the idea of including random bits of the yard in your home’s sf. Very creative.

Note: The current listing on SDlookup shows the square footage correctly at 1,017 sf. Other listings haven’t been updated and still show 1,544.

I’m surprised that this guy hasn’t doubled the square footage by attempting to include the ceilings. Yeah, I got your “potential” right here.

Just interested: there’s no way here in DC that we could turn that patio into structurally-sound enclosed living space, that would meet code, for $25,000, even in this depressed economy. What are the prospects for that in SoCal?

Holy crap. First they say it’s La Jolla Adjunct. And now their counting yard as actual sqft adjunct…

Hello…. Come on people….it’s Santee. What do you expect, when the same people

1) Say it’s the La Jolla Adjunct
2) Say it’s only 15 mins to the beach
3) Say it’s one of the few places in San Diego that will see appreciation when everywhere else will see depreciation.
4) Say it’s the best place in San Diego in a cult-like way…
