I saw this post in nextdoor.

I thought it was kinda funny the agent referred to her client as “homeless client”….

I see her point, in many respects “homeless” includes both apartment renters and hobos. Both are in serious risk of being priced out forever!

I’ve seen agents use that language for over a decade. Now Next Door allows you all to see it too
