Dark granite can take your breath away when it’s polished, but it does take a little work to keep it beautiful. You can’t just wipe down the counter with a soapy sponge or damp paper towel, it will leave it looking dull and spotty. you have to use a special granite cleaner each time to avoid the dull appearance. In every other way, I do love granite for it’s heat resistance, etc… The color in my last place was called Tuscan Gold, and it was just beautiful. But might be on the lighter side for your taste.

Marion doesn’t like fireman’s poles unless they come with firemen.
lol. Actually, as long as there is an attraction, I prefer brains over brawn. Not saying you can’t have both, but I need a man to stimulate my mind. I’ve always had a thing for the smart ones.
