    I am about to move to a house with its back to Calle Cristobal Blvd in Mira Mesa. Calle Cristobal is no freeway but I have seen people driving 50+ mph on this street. I know it will be noisy. I have lived in a similar house for 4 years. You will get used to it. However, double pane windows and doors are required. These windows and doors can cost up to $10,000 for a house.

    Thats funny OCR, I used to live there also. In 1996 I rented a condo at 18674 caminito cantlena before they were converted to condos. Our unit was far away from the freeway and had no noise at all but some do sit right on the freeway. maybe we passe deach other I used to walk my dog every night and walk loops around the complex as well.

Our unit was far away from the freeway and had no noise at all but some do sit right on the freeway. maybe we passe deach other I used to walk my dog every night and walk loops around the complex as well.

    This is indeed funny, I never dreamed that a couple other Piggs lived at some point in Vista del Lago. We owned a Mira Lago townhouse on Cmto Pasadero facing the Battle moutain 2004-2007. It’s a small world.

    think we missed each other by about a decade. =)

    vista del lago is a nice community. but for avid walkers, it really got old quick. we started to feel like we were hamsters after a few months.
