ForeclosureRadar vs RealtyTrac vs foreclosure.com

I just checked all three to see what they say about a house that went back to the bank at the courthouse steps this morning.

ForeclosureRadar already shows it as a REO with a correct winning bid. (It’s been less than 4 hours since the sale)

RealtyTrac still shows it in ‘preforeclosure’ status. Does not even show that an auction was scheduled. AS far as this property is concerned, RealtyTrac is at least 1.5 months behind.

Foreclosure.com does not show it AT ALL.

Now that we’re further into the RE correction and the data has had more time to coalesce, do Piggs have any newer opinions about these services and which one now stands out above the rest?

I’ve never subscribed to any of them, but look at ForeclosureRadar because they have free info in nice little graph form with simple explanations. Given the foreclosure mess you’d expect the data to be a little shaky.
