Check Preforeclosure Network. So far, seems free and has a LOT of info. Seems pretty current, also.

Am now trying Foreclosure.com with much better results. I have a specific area in mind and figure that if I keep an it one of the NODs will pan out and I can be there at the right time. Am I fooling myself?

I have had numerous disappointments, but I still look. Haven’t made an offer lately b/c I do not care to get into bidding wars w/a spring shopper who is overzealous.
